- Record of fitness progress: cycling distances, mile-run times, weight loss benchmarks, etc
- Include at least two sections: one for a chronological mini-blog of fitness efforts/milestones, one for personal records with dates set
- Avoid spamming this page, just focus on the highlights
To that end, I may develop this page in the following fashion:
- Gather data on personal bests and add them to the PR/PB section
- Begin mini-blog from current timeframe, backfilling information only for this year
- Maybe create some nifty graphs to track things like weight loss over time, what weights I'm using at the gym, etc
