Hello and Welcome!

You have found yourself on my website, and I'm happy to have you. Feel free to take a look around. This is a personal website in the truest sense of the term. I am still fairly new to HTML/CSS, so this place is nothing fancy, but it's mine. What will you find here? A little bit of everything I care about enough to want to plaster all over this tiny corner of the internet. I'm keeping a mini-blog under "Thoughts and Notes," so check there for site updates and semi-coherent ramblings. The rest of the pages are dedicated to my hobbies, interests, goals, and beliefs. This is an ongoing project, so expect updates to be fairly regular on a month-to-month scale. Thanks for stopping by!

Practice Junkyard

Feel free to ignore everything beyond this point, this is just an area I am using to practice the stuff I am learning from tutorials.

so does this mean I have to put everything inside a div container now? (look right if you're confused)

text here and stuff, a lot of text here so I can see what happens if I put more text, putting more text just to see what happens, yes let's type some text, I'm figuring out float because I'm too lazy to figure out flexbox and grid even though those are supposedly super easy but who cares they don't work on old browsers anyway and if my site doesn't work on Windows NT 3.1 then it's not very nostalgic, now is it? (guaranteed there is already css on here that would break anyway, but it's probably minor stuff, I don't remember) anywho maybe that's enough text.

and then there was more text, verifying that the page does just carry on like nothing happened after placing the floating stuff, oh I guess it does, and I guess this means I don't have to place everything inside a container, so that's cool, anywho have a nice day SOMETHING FREAKING BROKE MY NAV LINK STYLING okay it was just some practice junk that shared a CSS selector, now the practice junk is broken but whatevs
